Funding issues
Deposit does not appear
Section titled “Deposit does not appear”Work through these checks in order:
- The sending service produced a public transaction hash.
- The destination address exactly matches the address shown in Oddeon.
- The asset and network match the selected deposit method.
- The transaction succeeded on a public block explorer.
- Any displayed minimum deposit amount was met.
- The network has had enough time to confirm the transfer.
When an exchange says “completed,” it may only mean that the transaction was broadcast. Oddeon still has to detect and process it.
Deposit is detected but processing
Section titled “Deposit is detected but processing”Oddeon found the transfer, but confirmation or conversion is still running. Don’t resend the deposit just because this step is taking longer than expected.
Withdrawal is delayed
Section titled “Withdrawal is delayed”Start with the transaction status in Oddeon. If it includes a transaction hash, check that hash on the network’s block explorer.
Even after network confirmation, an exchange may wait for more blocks before crediting the deposit.
Wrong asset or network
Section titled “Wrong asset or network”Do not send anything else. Collect the transaction hash, sending address, destination address, token contract, network, and amount. Then contact support at support@oddeon.xyz.
Some incorrect transfers cannot be recovered. A second “test” transfer to the same unsupported route will not help.
Safe support request
Section titled “Safe support request”Public addresses and transaction hashes are usually enough to investigate. Support never needs your private key, recovery credential, passkey, or one-time code.
